At The Original Smokeless Fire Pit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
